You might think having a pool in your backyard was the height of luxury. But your Insta-friendly pool floats aren’t anything unless they are floating down a lazy river literally inside your home. That’s what this insanely cool Miami estate, just sold last year, offers. It might sound too good to be true, but it’s not.

The property was sold by Sylvia Cherry and Gary Hecht at One Sotheby’s International Realty back in April, reportedly for $2.05 million. According to the real estate listing, the house is so fancy it has its own name: Woodsong, created by the architect Alfred Browning Parker, originally for his own residence. Curbed Miami notes it was built in the late 1960s and updated through the years.

The 3,100-square-foot home, made from Honduran mahogany, is set on a 18,000 square foot lot in Coconut Grove, Florida, a suburb of Miami. The house has three different pavilions connected by the 90-foot lap pool, a.k.a. the perfect lazy river you can use to float from room to room. The house also includes a koi lagoon, a waterfall, a sauna, and a cabana shower room. According to the Daily Mail, Parker refused to tear down trees near the house and instead built the house around it, so each room has incredible green views.

This isn’t the only estate in Florida that has its own lazy river. (Of course.) Celine Dion sold her home on Jupiter Island back in May for a staggering $38.5 million. That house sported a bridge over a lazy river, plus three swimming pools, a simulated golf range, a tennis court, and a guest wing. Compared to Dion’s custom-made mega-mansion, Woodsong sounds like a bargain.
