It may still feel like winter outside at the moment, but ready or not spring is on its way. Flowers are blooming, butterflies are swarming, and the sun is setting later each day. And if you're as excited as I am, you're already making a bucket list for when the warmer weather arrives. In addition to planting flowers in your backyard, and stocking up on this year's craziest pool floats, you should probably carve out some time to visit Serra Fiorita, the new NYC restaurant that's basically a floral wonderland.

SERRA by Birreria, the rooftop restaurant at Eataly's Flatiron location, is transformed every season with a new theme, menu and decor—if you had a chance to stop by last winter, you got a taste of the dreamy Serra Alpina scheme. For Spring 2019 Milkyway Studios covered the space in flowers—a mix between real, preserved, and paper—to create the look of a "flowering greenhouse." Mission accomplished. There are pops of pink, fuchsia, yellow and peach hanging from the ceiling and climbing every pillar. Everywhere you look, spring is exploding. Pro tip: make sure your phone is fully charged before you arrive because you're going to want to take at least 50 photos.
