Sure, stock tank pools are all the rage this summer, but one Canadian man has taken the DIY pool trend to another level with his 300,000 gallon backyard swimming hole.
Jerry Leussink of Alberta, Canada installed the massive pool back in 2013, according to Wide Open Country, and it's now the ultimate summer hangout spot for his entire family. The massive body of water stays clean with chlorine and a massive pumping system. The pond is as deep as 14 feet in some areas, but there's also a shallow section for the kids to splash around in.
